My wedding photography is all about capturing the feel of the day. From the excitement of getting ready, through the sweeping emotions of the ceremony and into the fun of the wedding breakfast I use a combination of reportage style photography and more organised portraits to give everyone some memorable pictures they will look at time and again over the years to come.
My primary interest as a portrait photographer is to reveal something of the character of my subject, whether that be a part of their personality that they show every day or a side of themselves that they only express occasionally.
When taking photographs of musicians, either at a live gig or promotional shots, I want the observer to get a feel for what they are like. I have developed an extensive portfolio of live shots, honing my skills to capture the energy in the performance.
